Self-Exclusion Policy
Wc777 provides a Self-Exclusion service to suspend access to the Site for a defined period. This policy sets out how to initiate self-exclusion, the effects on your account, and the procedures for reactivation, including regional variations.
Scope and purpose
Self-exclusion applies to all services and materials on the Site, including games, promotions and communications. It is a voluntary measure intended to support responsible gambling and protect users who may be at risk of harm.
Initiating self-exclusion

Methods: You may submit a self-exclusion request via the Self-Exclusion page within your account. Alternatively, you may submit a written request through the designated customer support channel, specifying your registered email address and the chosen exclusion period.

Period selection: Your request must specify the exclusion period (for example, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or another period you select). If the period exceeds three years, Wc777 reserves the right to terminate your registration and return funds in accordance with the Terms of Use and applicable withdrawal rules, subject to a separate written application.
Effects during the exclusion

Access restrictions: During the period, you will be denied access to your Personal Account and to the Site’s services, and you will not receive advertising or other promotional materials from Wc777.
Duration, termination and restoration

Effect and expiry: The exclusion takes effect upon acceptance and continues for the specified period. It ends automatically at the expiry date unless otherwise stated.

Restoration after expiry: Restoration is not automatic. A written request after expiry is generally required unless regional reactivation applies (see regional variations).
Regional variations: UK vs outside the UK

Outside the United Kingdom: The self-exclusion period may automatically end and the Account will be reactivated upon expiry.

United Kingdom residents: The self-exclusion remains in effect until you notify Wc777 to reactivate the Account. Reactivation is subject to verification of status and acceptance of updated Terms and any applicable conditions.

Promotions and prizes: For UK residents, participation in competitions and non-cash prizes may be forfeited if not yet redeemed at the time of self-exclusion.
Cooling-off option

Cooling-off periods: You may request a cooling-off period separate from self-exclusion for a fixed interval (e.g., 24 hours, 1 week, 3 weeks, 6 weeks). The period can be requested via the Self-Exclusion interface or via customer support while you are logged in.

Effect: At the end of the cooling-off period, your Account will automatically reactivate unless you have initiated a self-exclusion for a new period.
Account closure and future access
Wc777 may close your Account if continued gambling would cause financial or personal difficulties. You must not open a new Account. If you do so, you do so at your own risk and Wc777 cannot be held liable.
Compliance with terms and updates
This Self-Exclusion Policy is governed by the General Terms and Conditions. If the General Terms and Conditions are updated, existing users may discontinue using products and services before the changes take effect, which will be no less than two weeks after notice.
Data protection and communications
Your information is processed in accordance with Wc777’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. The Self-Exclusion process is implemented securely, and communications are conducted in English as the official language for this policy.
